          Early life and education

          Pavan was born in Vijayawada, India.

          His father, S.V. Ramana, runs a building construction business. Pavan studied at Siddhartha School, Vijayawada. He studied B.Tech degree at J.B.I.E.T, Hyderabad. He pursued masters in Computer science in the US.[2] He worked as an intern at a film school in the US.[2]
